The seller sent and offer and shipped the item quickly, and it was packed well. The only reason for less than positive feedback is that the plush had dryer burns on it, which was not stated in the description (it said no damage) and not shown in photos. For me it wasn't a deal breaker, but it was an unpleasant surprise upon opening the item. Had I known they were there, I would have still purchased this item but would have had full knowledge of it's condition before receiving it.
