I discovered reborn dolls several years ago and I now am an accomplished reborn artist. I have many happy adoptive mothers all over the United States, as well as, Singapore, Belgium and Japan!

Payment policy
I prefer Paypal, but will accept money orders if received by 5th day of auction end. Money orders will need to be sent in a Priority Mail envelope to ensure that I receive it by then. If paying by money order, please add 75 cents additional for delivery confirmation.
Shipping information
I will ship the cheapest way possible for my customers. Priority mail is quickest...but is more expensive. Please understand when choosing parcel post, that although it is less expensive....items take longer. I have NO control over this. I use electronic shipping(through Paypal) which includes Delivery Confirmation
Return policy
All items are 'as is'. I give accurate descriptions and encourage any questions. I may give a refund if I have made a grievous error in the description. I do not give refunds for buyers remorse.

#1.DESCRIPTION OF ITEM...did I provide an accurate description? Was the item as explained?
#2. COMMUNICATION-rate how well I communicated with you. I generally send an invoice,as well as email when item has shipped. #3.SHIPPING TIME....This is how fast I shipped it out, once receiving payment(excluding weekends and holidays). You are NOT judging the postal service's time! Example: if I ship out within 12 hours of receiving payment, but the postal service takes 6 days..I should be given 5 stars.
#4.SHIPPING & HANDLING...You are rating ME on my S&H charges--( I charge exact shipping with only a 50 cent packing charge is sending a fragile item). You are not rating the USPS (we all know they charge to much!)
