To anyone who cares: The negative feedback entry left by the Thomas guy is bogus. He bought a car from me. Used MY PICTURES--MY WORDS--MY AD to re-sell the car. I turned him in to Ebay for the violation. He got mad and left me a negative feedback. I DID put "clear" title on my ad at the top. I DID make a mistake and I DID tell this man this. BUT...at the BOTTOM of my original ad, in the question/answer section--I CLEARLY stated that I had NO title to the car. I TOLD this man this on the phone. I left him a GOOD feedback even though his BROTHER picked up the car for him. I turned him into Ebay because he was trying to pull a SCAM on people by using my ad and this is what I get in return. My record--and conscience--is clear. This guy is a JERK in EVERY sense of the word and I suggest you AVOID him at all costs. I have EVERY e-mail and Ebay record to back up every single thing I've said here. In fact, ANOTHER EBAYER alerted me to this Thomas guy and his scam. Be on guard. Thank you.
