Fat Burning AB Attack
1 of 1 found this helpful I LOVE THIS WORKOUT VIDEO!!!! You feel "the burn" from the 1st step to the last! Its GREAT for anyone looking to tone and tighten up that mid section! Some workout videos get boring after a few times of using it..... i can honestly say, this isnt the case, its up beat, fun and one heck of a work out. Once you start and finish, you dont even realize you have been working you abs for over 40 minutes.

Loved this movie as a kid and love it now.

Destined for an Early Grave by Jeaniene Frost
I love the Night Huntress series and this book was outstanding. Jeaniene Frost did it again! Sexy, riveting, and a hardcore page turner. When I “was” able to put the book down, I still couldn’t stop thinking about the characters and the story . As Cat is falling more in love with Bones, you find yourself falling in love with the book. AMAZING!
