The router I purchased was advertised as new condition in an unopened box. It was actually a refurbished unit that didn't work. The seller was less than understanding and told me that refurbished was better than used...which may be true, but it was not advertised as either used or refurbished, but in new condition. Unfortunately, the unit did not work and the seller will not accept returns. Be very careful about verifying the actual condition of whatever you purchase from this seller.
