Payment is due 3 days from end of auction that has been won. Pay Pal is the perferred payment to tommytortoisenc. I will however accept money orders if notified in advanced. And will ship items won , after payment has cleared the bank.

Items won are shipped out within 3 days of purchase. I always ship priority mail first, and email with confirmation so it may be tracked by customer.

If unhappy with purchase made, I will glady refund payment within 7 days of purchase. Shipping costs will not be refunded and will be responsibility of party returning item. I always take pride in the items i list, and spend alot of time writing a correct description posting sharp and clear photos.
