Excellent book for those who enjoyed Laura Ingalls Wilder's books
1 of 1 found this helpful An excellent book for those who read the little house book series. I would have given it 5 stars but I wish the writer had dug a little more and told how the Ingalls had another family living it them during the hard winter. But still a good story of how Laura wrote the Little House books. Plus many other things about her life after moving to Missouri. I would highly recommend the book to people who enjoyed reading her books.

knock off of the Alien Movies but still worth a watch
It is a knock off of the Alien movies and sort of corny. But in a good way that if you like SciFi movies I would watch this movie. If you are a fan of Judy Geeson (who played Pamela on To Sir With Love) then get this movie.

Great Book about life in Alaska
I had read this book many times when I was in school and when I was a young adult. It was great to find it again and read it again. It is a great book of life in Alaska in the 1940s and living off the land.
