Tool Central was started in 1989 by Scott Trammel. It has grown into the Largest Tool Supplier in the Midwest with over 200 vendors and 100 major lines. We have 5 physical locations and a full service web site.
Payment policy
We prefer Pay Pal for eBay purchase. It is such a seamless transaction and the documentation is flawless. This protects both us and you the customer. we do accept credit cards, money orders and company checks with a 10 day hold on checks.
Shipping information
We ship UPS ground and FEDEX or Yellow LTL. We have competitive rates but gladly allow customers to arrange there own shipping if they so desire. Remember we are here to serve YOU.. The customer,
Return policy
We do not have a specific return policy. We have not had the need to implement such a policy yet as we have an actual person who handles any problems or product concerns. He is available by emailing sales@toolcentral.com each day during the week and checks it periodically over the weekends. This has eliminated the need for a return policy to be implemented yet. Read our feedback you will see that our personal touch is working.
