I ship all items within 24 hours of payment being received. I Ship 7 (SEVEN!) days a week - I have a local Post Office that is open 7 days a week (and use it). Not pack your item and then ship it the next day, 2 -3 days or up to 5 days later like some sellers - I ship within 24 hours of receiving your cleared payment.(Items paid with e-check or other forms of checks that need clearing time will ship when the payment clears.) I will provide you with shipping details in multiple forms. All my shipping labels are created on-line and you will receive a confirmation of the label being created as well as a follow-up message that your item has been dropped off at the Post Office/UPS/ or other shipper THAT YOU CHOOSE. I use multi-order shipping so you will always have a record when your item departs and a general idea of when to expect your item based on YOUR choice of shipping.

I accept all approved methods of payment that E-bay allows. If you have any issues/questions about approved payments please contact me. I do allow pick up for some items. Normal E-bay policy is that payment is due within 7 days. If you have an issue with these please contact me - we will work it out.

Why don't you offer Free Shipping on all your items!? The Average first Class Mail postage (with included delivery confirmation)for a cars item is $2.09 plus the padded envelope cost of .20 per envelope. Then adding Handling Costs (which do need to cover Ebay listing fees, Final Value fees, Paypal Fees and Cost of tape,paper, and ink etc.) the actual Cost is well over the $2.75 I charge per item. I try to include/cover these costs in the price of my items WHEN I can. But, I'm sorry I cannot always offer this as an option - I do try to offer the best deals I can with combining shipping and offering additional discounts on multiple purchases.

As a general rule and because 99% of my items are New in package or new but loose - I usually do not accept returns. But if you have any issue with any item purchased from me please contact me and I will do whatever I can to work it out with you.
