Shipping was very quick, however item received was not what I believed I purchased. listing pictures and description lead me to believe I would get an 18 piece set when I only got a 10 piece. Seller informed me they shipped what I selected. As an ebay buyer for close to 20 years I rarely take issue with sellers. Hopefully future buyers will not be frustrated as I was with this seller.

Dolly arrived defective, loud rattling clanking sounds coming from inside platform - as if several metal pieces are loose inside. Sent message to seller but received no response. Very disappointed in this inferior product. It says "Hyper Tough" but its actually Hyper Cheap. Would not recommend to anyone, neither the dolly product or the seller. Save your money and go with a name brand product instead. Buyer beware!
