Returns accepted only in a sellers error. First of all, all items authenticity is checked using the Ebay authenticity articles. When sending out items i remember that quality is in mind. If jeans have snags they will be trimmed before sent, all items are washed, and pressed before sent out. I take measurements of each item, to ensure that the fit is what each customer is looking for. I also try to take as many photos of the details of the items so that customers have no surprises when opening a package.
