The pictured item was not exactly what was received. The cup itself and the straw was but not the cover. I received the cover and the loop handle was broken off. It didn’t happen during shipping as the broken piece was no where in the box which tells me the top was broken before it was shipped!

We have pictures of what was sent out. Item received by buyer on December 22nd 2023. No contact prior to this feedback left on January 12th 2024. We have over 13,000 transactions and would of definitely made things right if contacted through messages. Just the .00001 percent of the population you can't make happy.
