I have just fitted my towbar to a Mk 4 Astra Estate- took me well under 2 hours. Excellent fit-just had to remove the exhaust hangers to get the nearside in place. Having drilled the holes and dropped the bolts through I jacked up the towbar and mazingly (given how these things normally go!) The offside slipped straight onto the bolts. Then the same nearside-amazing and excellent quality/ value for money.

Hi - just back from a 350 mile round trip to the In-Laws in North Wales with my new Thule 9503 and 3 bikes on the back of the Omega estate. Not a single problem - safe and sound and so easy to get on and off with a little practice! And can get at the boot (with the 2 rearmost bike slots filled) using the tipping facility. Corker! hi I have fitted the tow bar to my Matiz 2003 with some modifications. Bit of cutting and welding but nothing very hard. I have documented the whole thing with photos if you are interested? joe joseph.byrne@orange.fr

Although my Roofbars were supplied with some incorrect parts, the problem was sorted out in an exemplary fashion. Correspondence and phone calls were very quickly answered, including by the manufacturer of the item. The correct parts arrived the following day and there was a follow up phone call to make sure the problem was resolved. I think the ability to resolve problems well is the mark of a really good ebayer, and I would use this company againwith total confidence.
