I have over 10 years experience in professional customer service in the retail industry. I have combined that experience with my love for antique items and collectible pottery and gardening to offer my customers a unique shopping experience. Shipping information
Items will normally ship out within 24 hours of your confirmed payment and will ship via the method that you have chosen in the listing. Certain items are not available for combined shipping and those are stated in the listing. I do charge a $1.50 handling fee (or less for some items) and that is factored into the calculated shipping rate. The handling fee help offset the cost of shipping materials and transportation along with pickup charges for UPS. Please note that Delivery Confirmation/Tracking is included in the price of all items that are shipped at my expense. Insurance is offered on all items at your discretion. UPS shipments are automatically insured up to $100.00. If you are happy with your transaction and service that I have provided you then please leave me positive feedback and 5 stars in the Detailed Seller Ratings. If you feel that I haven't earned your 5 stars then please contact me and tell me what we could have done better. Our customer's satisfaction is our Priority
Return policy
Items are eligible for return up to 7 days after your receipt of the item. Please contact me within those first 7 days to inform me to expect the return. I will refund your purchase price but am unable to refund shipping charges.

I've personally only sent one thing over here, when I was back stateside. I think priority is the cheapest way to send things over here, but if you ever send to an APO again, never put an express on it-it won't get here any faster. It may get to New York faster, but they aren't going to fly it any faster. I'm looking forward to receiving my slipcover and completing my living room set. Thank you for your business. Just to let you know the phone arrived and it is better that I ever expected! It looks perfect in our 1930's house. My kids are facinated that you had to dial! Just think mom, if you dialed 911 it would take forever I didn't have the heart to tell them 911 didn't even exist then! Oh will, it is in a good home and I love it!
