universal car remote door lock kit
1 of 1 found this helpful This product is simply amazing. Works perfectly. I installed it in a 1999 toyota camry. The hardest thing was discovering if the camry door locking module required a common positive signal or ground signal. (grounded in my case) The included directions contained sufficient wiring to interface to the wiring harness. I had to look up the lock/unlock colors for the car, that was only slightly difficult, and once found simply spliced in. I only wanted the door lock/unlock functions, and it worked great. Connect the two power wires (12 volts and ground), the lock wire, the unlock wire, and the common lock/unlock ground wire . Couldn't be easier. 5 wire connections is all I needed, and wanted. It has an awesome blinking blue LED when locked too, good for security. Completely satisfied with this product. Remotes are good quality too. all in all, a killer deal. Or go buy a name brand for 10X the cost and have the same end result. kind of a no brainer.
