I try my best to ship out w/i 48hrs of receiving your payment(except pers.cks, I hold the item for shipment until payment clears my bank). Know that I am human and sometimes things do come up,but I always communicate if there is a delay in shipping. Shipping costs reflect actual postage, plus packaging materials(labels,tape, bubble wrap,paper,gas and fees.

I typically do not accept returns unless there is gross negligence on my part. I do not refund shipping costs. I will work w/ you in a situation, but know that you will have to return the item to me before any refunds will be made. If you did not purchase insurance on your shipping, then I WILL NOT REFUND your money under any circumstance except gross negligence on my part. You will be responsible for returning the broken/damaged item to me at your own expense if you expect a refund. Ebaying is my hobby and I'm not out to end up in the hole over selling an item way below the actual cost.
