Item as described, but the packaging wasn't adequate. It was in bubble wrap, but the manila envelope was crushed during shipping so the Hallmark box also was damaged. Luckily, I don't plan to resell this ornament or it would diminish the value. Just a suggestion for your future sales and thanks very much.
