I am a registered Trading Assistant on eBay and sell on consignment for those that either don't know how, or; simply don't want to fool with listing items. I also run a B&M store as a 'drop off' location. I'm still learning this fascinating business.

I have been in some type of sales most of my adult life, primarily the auto industry as salesman, Sales Manager, General Manager, and the last several years in Finance. I retired several years ago and that's when I developed an interest in eBay as a means to get rid of 'stuff' that had accumulated over the years. After realizing that sooner or later I would run out of my 'stuff', I decided to start selling other peoples 'stuff' on consignment. This venture has proved to be very interesting. People have either brought in, or called about selling some 'stuff' that I would have never thought about on my own. It's fun to do the research, take the photo's, write the description, etc., and watch the sales process.
The worst part is the shipping.
Payment policy
eBay has a PayPal only policy, which is not all bad. But, if asked, I will accept Money Orders or checks. I prefer not to accept chickens, goats or other animals since I have no where to put them.
Shipping information
I primarily use the US Post Office, but I have used UPS on occasion. I try to ship within 2 business days of receiving payment, I realize people are anxious to receive their item. If there is going to be a delay such as needing special handling, I will email the customer and explain why the delay. I notify each buyer when their item has been shipped.
I wrap each item I sell with care to insure arriving safely and in one piece.
Return policy
I will accept returns IF the item received is not as described. I take great care in my description to point out any flaws, such as tears, stains, 'needlemarks' on records, chips on glassware, etc.
I ask people to read my description carefully BEFORE bidding.
Also, I encourage them to email me with any questions they may have regarding an item they may consider buying.
I answer all emails within 24 hours, or sooner.

I can be reached through the message board on eBay, my personal email, and on BIG ticket items, such as a vehicle I include my phone number.
I invite, actually encourage, anyone to inquire about an item they might be interested in. I do not want anyone unhappy with their buying experience with me.
I try to operate under the 'Golden Rule' policy.
