Bravo! As a lifelong resident of the State of Illinois it is good to see someone in office using their head in making use of an existing venue to accomplish their mandated task. (As opposed to spending wildly to create a new venue that would naturally be far more limited.) Whomever thought this up at the IL Treasures office deserves a nice raise or bonus. (Again, as opposed to those in Springfield who vote their own raises.) Well done! - celibate1
