This seller might have been the most caring seller I’ve ever come across on eBay. My item was received quickly however there was an issue with the item. When I mentioned it to the seller, he was more than willing to accept a return and refund the entire amount. However, I wanted to see if a purchasing a new battery would fix the issue, which it did, and the seller refunded me the price of the new battery. Upstanding seller, would definitely recommend.

Im going to try something else different
Only works if the censor sits perfectly at the bottome of the dogs throat. I even shaved my pets neck to get better contact did not work well for me.
