We accept PayPal, all major credit cards, money orders, and bank/cashiers checks. Please make payment within 5 days; Exceptions: still shopping, bidding, purchasing, etc. & want to COMBINE shipping fees. If continuing shopping OR mailing payment, contact us so that we are aware of your intent. We DO combine shipping on e-Bay and our on-line store, www.treatyou2.com. Please e-mail us prior to checkout for combined shipping if we have not already combined your shipping fees. If you would like to pay directly with a major credit card and live in the United States, you can call us at (303)660-4120 or email us a phone number and time to call so that we can process your credit card over the phone.
Shipping information
We ship daily with FedEx and U.S.P.S. (United States Postal Service). Your package size, weight, value, and address may determine which courier your package is shipped through. ALL of our USA shipping fees include insurance, regardless of which carrier or service in the U.S. Depending on the time we receive your payment, we will ship your package out that same day as your payment was made OR the next business day, excluding holidays and weekends as we are guided by FedEx and U.S.P.S. business hours. Once your package has shipped, we will notify you with two emails, the first to advise your package has shipped and a second email with the courier service/package tracking information. Shipping issues, damages, loss, or any other issues are rare, but can occur. If this should happen, contact us immediately so that we can quickly work to resolve the issue. The courier may require further information or detail. Insurance and tracking is not available with most international couriers.
Return policy
We reserve the right to accept/deny any return. All returns must have prior authorization and must be in same condition (sealed, new, boxed, etc.) as received. This is due to health regulations, laws, etc. guiding the cosmetic industry to safeguard you, the consumer. We also abide by our corporate laws/by-laws, policies, city/county laws & ordinances, and Colorado State Law (C.R.S.) and health regulations. If at any time we make a mistake, listing error, shipping mistake,etc., we'll fix it! We will consider all requests. Refunds may be full, partial (minus S/H fees, etc.), a store credit, or other exchange or remedy deemed appropriate. We appreciate your business and want you happy with our products and services.
