We prefer Paypal. It is quick and secure. We can also accept your personal check, money order or cashiers check, but personal checks take 10 business days to clear prior to us being able to ship. Also if you are mailing payment, please allow time for the payment to reach us! We have seen mail take as long as 10 days. We expect payment prompt payment when you win an auction. If for some reason you are having problems paying for your item, please contact us. We will try to work with you to resolve the issue. We DO file non-paying bidder complaints and the threat of bad feedback won't deter us.
Shipping information
Items are normally shipped within 10 days of payment clearing. We urge you to purchase insurance on any item you win. We pack extremely well, but from time to time an item will arrive damaged or not arrive at all. We insure through Stamps.com and the insurance is for the purchase price of the item, not the shipping fees. We track all items and maintain tracking numbers. In the rare instance that an item is damage we require a photo showing the damage. WE file the claims for damage or loss which normally takes from 30 to 60 days to be process by Stamps.com and PIP insurance.We use track on all packages mailed in the USA
Return policy
We do not issue refunds. Our reasons for this are simple and easy to understand. We are a small business working with very small margins of profit. We do not sell junk or lie about the condition of an item. By the same token, we can't write a book about every tiny, tiny flaw or issue. Something that we overlook as being nothing or unnoticed may come to the eye of the buyer as being a large issue. It rarely happens but it can. That is the reason we encourage questions prior to buying. We ask that you look at ALL the terms of the auction, shipping terms, and auction description. Remember, we are offering to sell you something that we have listed to the best of our ability, at a very low price. Make SURE you want it or simply don't bid! More and more we encounter folks that bid and then email asking to have the purchase canceled or the shipping discounted. This costs us a huge amount of time, money and trouble. eBay is an AUCTION website. Once you've bought it, it is yours!

Shipping Costs
Often times the new buyer or customer to eBay has an issue with shipping fees. Our shipping fees are based on the weight of the item plus the packing. Most people would be shocked to find out that a box, filled with bubble wrap and peanuts is very close to a pound! The postal service charges us by the pound, not the ounce using Priority Mail. So if your item weighs 8oz at listing WITHOUT a box or packing we have to assume that it will be in the 2 pound rate once it wrapped, boxed, taped and shipped. Even IF it weighs 1lb 1oz we HAVE to pay for the 2lb rate! The postal service has increased rates so now it costs $4.60 to ship a one pound package 5 miles! We also charge a $2 shipping fee to pay for wrap, peanuts, tape, gas to and from the post office, ink to print the postage, paper to print it on, and time spent packing. I think it is funny that folks complain about paying shipping fees here but have no problem paying $9.95 to have a CD shipped on TV!!
Feedback
Prior to eBay changing their feedback policy, we had a 99.5 percent postive feedback rate. We continue to offer excellent service, with wonderful products, but from time to time we will get someone that we simply cannot satisfy no matter what we do. We made up our minds long ago that we SELL items the way we would want someone to SELL to US! You may bid with confidence.
