The sale went through easily and the pictures were excellent. The doll was well packed and was received in excellent order. The doll arrived today Nov. 15th and so it arrived Nov., 27th which arrived well before the expected date.
I didn't contact the seller as the pictures told the story (and left 1 star only due to this fact ). The certificate for the doll, doll's bracelet as well as the Christopher Radio ornament were
included.

Exactly as described. Very fast shipper. Arrived in perfect condition. It was packaged really well and the seller marked the Glass Fragile on the outside of the box. If more sellers would do this maybe less items will arrive damaged. I am always hesitant to buy breakable items as previous sellers have just thrown them in a box and shipped. Of course they arrive broken. This seller is top notch, highly recommend and would buy from again in a heart beat.

The item photo appeared to be complete, however the item arrived with a few missing pieces. I reached out to the seller and was informed the might have been lost during packaging. They were unable to find them. I did have to reach out again for an update, but the seller was amenable to a partial refund, which was processed quickly. These things happen.

I saw this set of S&P shakers from Tupperware in this unique speckled pattern, these hold 2 oz, I made a purchase that day.
When I received my purchase and opened the box, I noticed both seals were cracked and in pieces.
So I contacted seller with photos +note.
It was surprisingly how quickly they responded to my issue, after time, many emails, came to a mutual resolution, satisfied with the outcome, and will continue to purchase items of interest from this seller’s store in the future. TY
