This buyer had an issue that I resolved to their satisfaction. The feedback was left prior to our agreement. The buyer is happy with the resolution. The buyer gave me permission to have ebay revise his feedback to a positive rating but ebay did not do this. Ebay policies are not always fair when the parties come to a agreement on an issue.

I don’t get it. No response at all? I don’t even remember the last Time I gave a negative feedback. This was not new. At all. This was used. And poorly refurbished. You can see it in the pics I sent. And you can see it in your pics, now that you know what you’re looking for.
