Here is a new idea!Listing Alerts...
When you list items there should be some software implemented that recognizes the name of the item and then alerts you of things like, if the item is prone to being bought by counterfeighters. Then, before, rather than after you pay insertion fees you know any limitations that listing an item might incur.
