Seller sent a clearly inferior jacket and refused to send the correct one after receiving return of the first one. The jacket I received was tagged $499, not $925, and was made of silk and wool, no cashmere. I was very disappointed.

Amazing Coogi Art Sweater/Jacket! Exceptional communication from Seller! Unfortunately shipping was very slow. Could be due to bad weather, & holiday related. So I did not rate very high because of that. Otherwise, it's very happy in it's new home & can't wait to go out & show it off!!!

Thank you for your feedback. Your order was placed with us Dec 22, picked up by USPS Priority Mail Dec 23. No delay in shipping on our part. I am sorry USPS did not deliver the package to you util Jan 3. It was in Minneapolis for three days before it was delivered to you. Yes in Colorado we had snow and sub zero temps over Christmas, sadly we have no control over weather or USPS, we do our best by shipping USPS Priority Mail. We shipped a few packages FedEx with same delays over Christmas.
