The seller was very nice. The original order was not in stock so she sent two lamps. The whole package was all broken open in pieces by the time I recieved it. The two lamps were all broken up inside the lose packaging. She was surposed to send me an overnight package label. But she never answered me back. Excellent Customer Service but not on this purchase. I wouldn't write the company off. But I would like my refund of 40.00 back for the lamps I had bought that had to sadly be thrown away
