All About MeWhat everyone should know about me
I strongly believe that we will get nowhere in life without helping each other. I swore to be an advocate for my patients, but have a strong desire to help more than just those who are sick. I yearn to help those who need it, no matter what it is.

Helping each other...
Nothing makes me happier than to be able to help someone in need. That is why I decided to become a registered nurse. However, my ability to help those medically does not fulfill my desire to help the world. I am wanting to come up with some sort of club or society that literally helps each other out. By that, I mean pulling together to purchase an item or a service that someone may need. For example, I am always hearing patient's conversations about how their furnace broke down, or how their car is broke down. I kept thinking to myself, what if I could come up with a club that pulls its money and resources together to get that furnace or car fixed. Many of us live paycheck to paycheck and when the unexpected happens, we have to rob Peter to pay Paul in order to fix the problem. I remember one time, while in nursing school, our washer quit working. I remember thinking that if everyone I knew gave me ten dollars, I would be able to buy another one. We hade to put off the bills
Business InformationWhy I do what I do
I do what I do because I love it. I make a decent living, but not the greatest. I love seeing the look on someone's face when I help them with a difficult subject. I love gift giving and knowing that I made a difference. I am sure there are others like myself out there in the world. I am the type of person that would give the shirt off my back in order to brighten someone else's day. Many times, I had to pay for the mistake of helping someone who did not appreciate it...I guess that comes with the territory. I would not change a thing. I will continue to be an advocate for those in need. I do not believe in filling out lengthy questionnaires or paperwork to get help. I believe that if you ask, you shall receive. Nowadays pretty much everything is a necessity. Washers, heaters, cars, air conditioners, refrigerators, dryers, etc... We should all band together to make it. Noone can decide what another person needs.
Why I believe...
We are only here for a little while. In our teens, we never thought about growing old, but, the truth is, it goes by a lot quicker than you think. Why go through life wondering how you are going to make it? Go through life making wonders. Fulfill dreams if you are able. Learn to give...and you WILL receive. Get to know those you help and it will help you get to know yourself. Pick a name off that tree at Walmart and brighten a child's Christmas. Slip a dollar in the kettle. Buy your neighbor a cup of coffee. Take your used things to the Goodwill Store. Keep an eye on your neighbors house while he/she is gone...for free! Buy a soldier lunch. Trust me, if you help someone, you will feel great about yourself. If you help one person, that person will feel compelled to help another and it will go on and on and on.
