Item has not been delivered. I need your help. UPS delivered package to our local post office. Computer says, it was delivered but it was not delivered to my address. They told me, I need another number but I can't get a hold of UPS to get it. Do you have the number from our local post office? They said it should be 22 numbers and or letters. Not your fault, it hasn't been delivered.

On the day the product was to be delivered which was a gift for someone, I got a message that the packaging was damaged and the product could not be delivered. The the buyer listed that the reason for the return was a bad address the address was correct. So over all, a bad experience and I was left at the last minute with no gift.
