The bobble was brand new, never taken out of the box, but the ‘S’ on ‘Friends’ was chipped. I reached out to the seller and although very nice, the seller only offered a return/refund for my troubles. I will have to find a way to fix the S. I am very satisfied with my the Bobblehead itself, I didn’t want to return it. I totally respect that this was 100% not the sellers fault. However, I am not ok with the fact that I spent $25 for an item with a chip.
