Product as advertised - No technical service as promise
The automatic settings on this camera do not work very well. The pictures it takes on auto are very eratic in quality. You have to make adjustments to get it to work properly. Once you learn how to use the advanced settings it takes good pictures. At the extended end of the zoom, the pictures are poor. It may be 18X zoom, but you really only get quality around 10-12X. I was expecting better function.
