SHIPPING TIME DSR: We will take buyer's package to carrier on morning after payment is received, excluding Sunday & Holidays. We follow tracking until package is delivered & then send a message to the buyer confirming delivery.

ITEM AS DESCRIBED DSR: We like to know when our buyer receives their package because we want to be sure each of our buyers are 100% pleased that they received the 'Item as Described' and that the description was 100% accurate. PLEASE let us know of any discrepancy so we can improve our listings! RETURNS: Please send a message as soon as you receive & decide to return an item, we will quickly work out a return & refund if you wish!
