We have been operating in our local region under a different name for many years, and have finally decided to take off on our own to launch a new business. My partner and I are available 24/7 for support, answers to common questions, and anything else we can provide to the IT community.

We accept paypal payments, and we can also proces credit cards using paypal's virtual terminal for users who do NOT have paypal accounts. We also acccept personal checks and money orders, but we do not ship until the check has cleared the bank.

Traditional shipping is performed through either USPS Priority or UPS ground. Special requests will be honored if they can, for next day air, etc. Our purpose is to serve you, our community, so if we can accomodate you, we will.

Our return policy is stated within each ad we post, but usually conists of the following: Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt for items that are NEW in box. Returns are exchanged for a replacement item, unless one isn't available, in which case you will be refunded 100% of your fees. There are NO returns on open-box or used items at all.
