I mostly buy and sell items here that support my (ever changing) hobbies. Most of what I sell are items that are previous hobbies or excess items from current hobbies.

I almost exclusively use USPS for shipping and almost always ship the next day if payment is received by 10PM (central time zone) of the previous day. For example, you pay for an item at 9:30PM on Wednesday, I'll most likely send it out on Thursday. Sometimes payments later in the evening will also go out the next day. The only real exceptions to this are very large items, or items that ship via UPS (usually these are the same). These may take a couple days to go out, as the UPS center is out of my way and conflicts with my job hours. If I'm offering UPS as a shipping option it's because it is noticablly less expensive for the buyer. Regardless, I will notify you of when they will ship/have shipped. I package items for shipment securely so that the item will arrive undamaged 'in normal transit' so that the buyer doesn't need to purchase insurance. Of course, the key words here are 'in normal transit' - no amount of cardboard and packing peanuts can protect an item from being run over by a forklift! This, along with loss of item, etc., is where insurance comes in. I usually leave it up to the buyer to decide if they would like to purchase insurance to protect them from the 'extremes'. This is the way that I want and expect to receive packages, but only actually happens about half of the time... sigh... I am a buyer first and a seller second, and because of that I place extra emphasis on packaging quality.

I'm sorry, I do not ship internationally. I am not a business, nor do I know about customs regulations, etc. Also, I have tried this in the past and have had nothing but problems. Please don't ask me to make an exception, as I cannot. Sorry.
