RETURNS In the unlikely event of a return. Postage costs for returns are at the buyers expense unless otherwise agreed. Any complaint will be assessed individually and there may be a 20% re-stocking fee for returned items. DAMAGES & LOST ITEMS In the case of broken or missing items in transit. All items are sent RECORDED DELIVERY and are therefore insured. Most items are shipped with a TRACKING NUMBER to reduce losses. Royal Mail now require photo evidence of broken items, buyers will be asked to provide a photo of the broken item, and a picture of the packaging.
