We ship via Fedex, UPS and also USPS if you are an APO address or PO Box. We do ship internationally so If packages get held up at customs,there's nothing we can do about that. We try to make our over seas packages ship fast, and overall we have seen packages reach the other side of the world in only 3 days. We package each item, whether its fragile or not, with the upmost care. A direct signature will be required on the packages for ebayers with less than 10 feedback.

We except returns on defective items as long as it is returned in the condition sent. You have 7 days to return an item, 30 days for exchanges.
