All products are brand new from the manufacturer. Shipping is done Monday through Friday (with the exception of holidays). Usually products ship the same day payment is received, however some orders may take 1-2 days longer. Since we are a brick and mortar wholesale & resale business we do not ship on weekends and some products may sell out of stock with walk in business. These items will ship as soon as they are available and we make every effort to expedite the availability. We prefer to ship via UPS, however USPS is available in some cases. All orders over $100.00 require a signature for UPS delivery unless otherwise requested by the buyer at the time of purchase. Please feel free to provide an alternate address for signature delivery. All products are to be returned within 30 days of receipt. A 20% restocking fee will apply on returned items. All returned items must be in brand new condition, never installed, in original box (DO NOT WRITE ON BOX)with all packing, accessories & instructions to receive credit.
