It is what I had received. Had a great convo with this honest seller who was willing to give me 100% refund b/c my handheld viewer was not functioning. Previously he had mentioned in his listing about one of the handheld viewers had burnt mark. I had verified it was melted area which it was the reason why the viewer was disabled. We both were able to work it out. Luckily I have two extra handheld viewers with this set. Overall, I am pleased with my items & would buy again.

Auction was a “make offer” auction and as part of my offer I asked for free shipping. The seller accepted my monetary offer however ignored my free shipping offer. When he accepted it immediately took the money from my account without giving me the option to counter offer or decline the purchase. The item did show up quickly and as described but , I probably will never use “make offer option” or seller again.
