First Class Mail (13 oz. or less) ships almost as fast as Priority at a much reduced cost. In order to offer this low cost shipping service with fresh, clean boxes & packing materials, it is necessary to charge a 50 cent materials fee for each order shipped First Class Mail or First Class International Mail. Insurance is always recommended and is now being offered at an excellent rate thur Shipsurance Services.
Whether Domestic or International, your purchase will be carefully packaged with protective materials and shipped promptly. You will also receive a message following receipt of your payment to let you know your business is appreciated and when your purchase is being shipped.
Return policy
Returns are accepted (except cosmetics/see note below) if purchaser notifies seller within three days of receiving shipment, pays all shipping & returns the item either with tracking or insured for purchase amount. Please return with all tags intact.

Cosmetics are not new once opened therefore, can NOT be returned unless they are found to be defective. If so, please contact me so that the problem can be corrected.

Not only do I check my feedback, (which is often enjoyed with morning coffee) but I watch DSR's as well. With all the new changes on eBay the DSR's have become increasingly important to sellers. If you mistakenly miss a star it can do almost as much damage as a negative. Hope you will see fit to leave me FIVE STARS in all areas.
