We incorporated in October of 2003 and received our official determination from the IRS of our tax-deductible and tax-exempt status in July of 2004.
Payment policy
We accept checks, money-order types of instruments, PayPal, Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express.
Shipping information
Please also see item descriptions and store policies for specific shipping information. You can combine shipping on orders made within 7 days of one another, but payment must wait till the last order.
If you want to combine shipping, generally $.75 more for each item, please wait to pay after you have won all your auctions (within 7 days of winning first item to combine shipping on). The system will automatically allow for combined shipping. We generally ship within one business day of receipt of payment for order.
Return policy
We accept returns sent back unopened/new within 7 days of receipt. Auctions may have a different policy. We do not reimburse shipping & handling charges.
