Item is what it says.
Just what I expected. Simple install. There is a noticeable difference in airflow.

Pretty cool
Simple installation. The three wire setup is much easier than the one that requires a neutral wire.
Note: keep in mind, you should wait a few minutes after installation for the internal timer battery to charge.
