I ship out my items within 3 business days. I prefer to only ship to the US and Canada but can make special shipping methods and areas into account. I usually ship via USPS or UPS

Depending on the item, but normally I will allow returns for up to 7 days, sometimes 3 days. Buyer must pay for return shipping always.
