Standard policy on shipper grading: 5= (quote)Free Shipping (close quote) or shipping included 4=Shipping charges in line with what I charge for same size/weight package 3=MAX for ALL UPS SHIPMENTS (unless specified by me in writing for very heavy packages only) I consider UPS to be a shipper of last resort for small packages due to the number of crushed and torn packages I have received from them. In over 10 years I have had ONE (1) package damaged by the Post Office. 2=any shipper that charges a handling fee, unless the item needs crating for shipment and we have mutually agreed on the fee. I know how to ship first class up to 13 oz and large manila envelopes are less than $10 per hundred. Packaging shouldn't cost more than $0.50 unless it is a large or heavy item. 1=any charge more than double what I can ship an item for. Shippers who state that they will not combine shipping will automatically be downgraded by one star on any multiple lots that I pay for at the same time.
