Currently the bulk of my store is movies, although I plan to acquire better, more desireable merchandise in the near future.

I love to buy movies! Especially tv series that appear on Mystery, A&E, Sci Fi channel. Some items I've purchased are Horatio Hornblower, 24, Dark Shadows, Star Trek, Agatha Christie's Hercule Poirot, Miss Marple and the entire set of Sherlock Holmes, John Jakes The Bastard and The Rebels. I also love classic movies in glorious B&W. Some of my favorites are Laura, The Big Sleep, Pride And Prejudice, The Ghost and Mrs. Muir, The Perils of Pauline and The Razor's Edge (Gene Tierney, Clifton Webb and Tyrone Power). Also have purchased A&E's Shakespear plays.

I collect horse racing memorabilia--dvd's, books, pictures, racing programs. Some things in my collection are a 6 pack of Funny Cide Beer, Lost In The Fog: Tribute to a Champion dvd w/program, The Life and Times of Secretariat and Seattle Slew's dvd, Lava Man dvd, The famous 1998 Breeders Cup dvd, Affirmed and Alydar, as well as 2004's Breeder's Cup preview dvd, from the Thoroughbred Legends: Ruffian and Go For Wand, Lost In The Fog, Afleet Alex and Funny Cide T-shirts. I have just started my Breyer horse champion collection with Afleet Alex as my first acquisition, Ruffian and Seattle Slew and the fabulous Rags To Riches. I also collect horse movies: Shergar, Dreamer, Seabiscuit, Black Beauty, Hidalgo, The Silver Stallion, National Velvet, Flicka.

I love Irish folk music and classical composers most of all. In the Irish category--The Clancy Brothers are my favorites. Classical composers, Mozart, Vivaldi, Bach, Chopin are my favorites. I also like Billie Holiday, Dinah Washington and Sarah Vaughn in the early days of Jazz. I like a variety of Christian music, some country music and rock.

I don't watch tv shows on television--I wait until they come out on dvd. I love 24 and CSI (Vegas), Midsomer Murders. The only thing I watch on television is either TVG or HRTV. Horse Racing is my first love!

Norcal Equine Rescue. The mare and foal I sponsored through Norcal have both been adopted into loving homes! I still support Norcal on a weekly basis. Barbaro Memorial Fund, Pemanently Disabled Jockeys Fund, Alex's Lemonade Stand (research to cure neuroblastoma in children). A percentage of Afleet Alex's purse winnings was always donated to this charity in memory of 8 year old Alex Scott who died from this dreaded disease. Afleet Alex is retired from racing now, but recently a breeding season was auctioned off with the proceeds going to this charity, Noah's Ark Animal Rescue (assisted with pets displaced in the wake of Hurricane Katrina), ASPCA.
