Was described as “very good” condition and having been stored away in a box for decades. If so, it was put in the box dusty, dirty and stained. There are also 3 tears in the lace netting covering the top of the hat.

I am so sorry that you were not happy with the shipment. I must have missed the imperfections that you have pointed out and I am truly sorry for that. I did not mean to send something unsatisfactory. Can you forgive me? The doll was given to me by one of my grandmothers and I was never really a doll collector.
