Item is ok,but price was too high. Shipping was ridiculously slow.Paid on 12/19,was supposed to ship within 10 days.Didn’t ship until 1/4.Delivery wasn’t till 1/12.I tried to cancel order , before it shipped.This didn’t work. Communicated to the Seller, that I wanted to return item, and I wanted him to send me a return label, because the ad was not correct. I never got a response.I would have had to pay to send it to Indonesia ,though it supposedly originated from Florida.Bad Bad Experience

Took a while to ship as others have stated so if you don’t mind waiting go ahead and buy it. I’m giving 5 stars on shipping because I was prepared to wait. Once it did ship it arrived in about a week. Nice Flexfit hat and I’m happy with the seller’s communication.

Contacted seller multiple times to see when my shirt was gonna ship a month after order was placed. Seller would not respond and was no help at all. I submitted for my money back through ebay and magically the shirt was shipped a month in a half after purchase. Horrible customer service and do not by from this seller.

For the price of postage for the item it literally took 2 months to arrive . It also took them a number of weeks to post it . Item is good quality and as described but not happy with the postage speed for the price I paid.
