Leggy But Nice
The water hyacinths arrived very quickly after ordering and were damp and healthy. The were very leggy (tall), apparently coming out of a pond where they had to compete for sun. I basically buy these as starter plants for my pond and when each plant has generated 3 or 4 offshoots, I dispose of the original plants. So far, all the off shoots appear healthy and are not leggy like the host plants when they arrived, as they are not bunched up in my pond.
