Happy ending, but was worried as vendor store said 'no returns.' The Delta faucet was advertised as 'open box' which means excellent condition, no wear. The Delta faucet we received turned out to be what looks like someone's discards after they installed a new one. We contacted the seller after opening the box giving the facts with pictures. Although no reply from the seller, the next day an eBay message said a full refund is on the way. Terrific! Thank you.
