My work background is mostly in property management, and administrative work; as I went to school for both. Upon some severe health problems, I am now 35 and filing for disability; so this is my outlet for income and life. This business is very important to me and I put my all into it so I can succeed, as a lot of sellers do this for side money or fun. This is my living and you have my total dedication to the site, the product and customer service. I'm still learning everyday and try to make things better for my customers as I go. Customer service is super important to me and when you connect with me through emails; I want you to see the smile and care in my words. This is hard to come by these days even when in person. So I want to give exceptional service on my site. I welcome all suggestions, requests and just here to do my best.
Payment policy
We only accept PayPal because it is Ebay policy.
Shipping information
Just want my customers to know I personally go to the post office, wrap my items and make sure their item gets there safely. A lot of sellers have pick up, but I want to know I dropped it off myself and it gets to my customers quicker. International packages require much more shipping time, but I try to get out right away by also taking to Post Office personally and filling out appropriate customs forms. So I do work hard on my packaging and shipping to make sure you get your item and get it promptly without charging too much shipping cost.
Return policy
With my return policy,at this point it's merchandise credit unless we are at fault which would be full cash refund. We ask that people read the auction well as I do take good pictures, measurements and lots of time to details. So you know what your bidding and buying. So it doesn't fit doesn't really qualify for return, but every case it different and will be discussed upon contacting me. Please do not leave negative feedback if your not happy in anyway, we would like a chance to resolve the problem before you put a permanent black mark on our business credit record. It's the foundation for our business; so we ask for honesty and respect of contacting us and truthful details. Thank you.
