vgreen31 is 3 people in 1: me, my mom & my dad. We joined eBay way back in 1999 to move the best of our lifetimes' accumulation to happy new homes. Wonderful intentions, but we got a little side-tracked and bought much more than we sold. Ooops. In fact, we did very little selling until the summer of 2006, when we realized we had a choice: build on to the house, or get going on our eBay adventure! Everything we're selling is coming from our own (non smoking) house. Some our items are brand new, usually because we put them away so well we couldn't find them when we wanted them. Most of our things are in previously loved condition, but we're only eBaying the gently loved.

Please pay via PayPal within three (3) days of the end of the auction. We love PayPal! It protects you as the buyer, and it protects the environment too -- think of the gas savings just in trips to the bank! You don't even need a PayPal account yourself if you use a credit card on eBay. (See PayPal's site at https://www.paypal.com for details.)

We ship via the United States Postal Service within 3 business days of receiving your cleared payment. Shipping insurance is required on everything we sell. We pack very very very carefully, but in case an elephant escapes from the zoo and sits on your package, we want you to be protected!

We accept returns only when an item is not as described, within 7 days of the end of the auction, and only after we have discussed the situation with you. If we agree that the item was mis-described, you will ship it to our return address via United States Postal Service. (For those outside the U.S.A., we will determine an acceptable carrier during our discussion of the return.) You must make sure the items are securely packed and the box is securely closed. You must insure the package for the amount you paid in the auction, and place the correct amount of postage on the package. Upon our receipt and determination that the item is in the same condition as when we shipped it to you, we will refund the purchase price only, not including any shipping costs.
